01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FolioCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

02Use of the Service

FolioCraft provides portfolio templates for personal and commercial use. By using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the templates only for lawful purposes
• Not redistribute or resell templates as your own product
• Not remove any attribution or copyright notices included in the templates
• Not use the Service to distribute malware or harmful content

03Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party payment platform. By making a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's terms and policies.

Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the product does not function as described.

04Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, and content on FolioCraft are the intellectual property of FolioCraft or its licensors. Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive license to use it for your own portfolio or projects.

You may not:

• Claim ownership of the original design
• Resell or redistribute the template files
• Use the designs in a template marketplace or similar service

05User Accounts

When you sign in using Google, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

06Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. FolioCraft does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

07Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FolioCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it.

08Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Korea.
